In the series "Coupled Mirrors," Panmela Castro paints inspiring women on mirrors, where the audience can overlay their image onto the reflection of the important woman, thus sharing their power. The Coupled Portrait of Evan Klabin was commissioned by curator Isabel Portella for the exhibition "A House of Her Own" at the Eva Klabin House Museum.
